Include your username, and for anything about a payment, the transaction ID (txid) from your Activity page. Never send us your key file or private key — we will never ask for it.
Satoshi Boards is non-custodial: your key is created in your browser and never sent to us, so we can't recover it or reset it. If you still have the key file (.sbkey) or the private key it contains, you can log in on any device from the log in page.
Email us the transaction ID and what you were trying to do. We review every payment whose action failed, and may refund it as described in section 6.5 of the Terms of Use.
Current prices for reading, voting, commenting, and posting are on the home page, and on the Prices page once you're logged in.
Use Report on the post or comment — like other actions, it carries a small fee. For anything urgent, or if you'd rather not pay to report, email us a link to it.
Email support@satoshiboards.com within 30 days of first accepting the Terms, stating that you opt out of arbitration. See section 18.5 of the Terms of Use.
